2003 200 HPDI with 197 hours

I am looking at a boat that has a 2003 200 HP Yamaha HPDI. Is there anything i should be concerned about with a 2003 engine with only 197 hours ? Should i look elsewhere ? Anyone know what I should be looking for to see if this engine will last me a while ? Thanks.

motors that are run very little for years can have some major problems.
Make sure you have it checked out very well by a good Yamaha shop that knows what they are doing.
And run the heck out of it to make sure it runs well at all RPM
