Yamaha 70hp 3 cyc 1990 head gasket and water jacket gasket

I have removed both the head and water cover jacket and had bolt holes helicoiled

I bought 3 gaskets the head gasket / water cover gasket / power head gasket (as I needed to remove to get the heli coils done)

I plan on using gasket sealant on the water cover jacket and power head gasket and not on the head gasket (is this correct as I believe the gasket has sealant in it).

what type sealant should I use on the other 2 gaskets?
