Yamaha 2 HP age

I have been give a Yamaha 2HP. It has the following printed on the serial number plate
2MSHR then BA1 then the number 167189. I need to find the year to get the correct carb kit for this unit.

It's a 1993 model. Not sure if it will have a Sierra or Mallory carb.
