1999 90Hp Yamaha no spark at center cylinder at idle

All 3 coils all same resistance low and high voltage. CDI unit same resistance on each black white wire to ground, and yet no spark at idle on center cylinder. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The water leak on earlier post still appears ok.

Update: After running for a few minutes in bucket I put a node light in each driver circuit to coils and low and behold we now have ignition at each cylinder. My question now is: is it possible magnetic particles have affixed themselves to trigger or?, under the balancer-flywheel?

This was tried before with no trigger at center cylinder.

Was the rpms over 500 when testing?? The cdi kills #2 under 500 rpm for cranking speed of starter..
