Are you sure it is overheat?
Does the tach indicate overheat or is it just alarm going off?

The over heat buzzer and alarm light, on the left , is on. I am not sure if the motor is in over heat. Not sure - Could this be an issue with emergency shut off?

some motors also alarm on low oil, low voltage, and water in filter, so not sure what is setting off the alarm.
If the overheat light is lighting up then I would be looking at the wiring or bad temp switches/sensors

Thanks for the information. I chased the wires from the Thermo sensor and found an arching problem on the top of the CDI unit. Thank you again.
