    1 of the six spark plugs is completely dry and the engine will not exceed 30 mph!!

    first, i would assume it is a carb issue, spray some fuel in carb throat that is dry, first try idle, then try at speed(needs 2 people), that should determine whether you need to take off carbs and clean, remember you must remove airbox first, good luck let us know what happened

      take your carbs off and clean them real good, a soak in laquer thinner will get unseen passages.
