hello:
somebody can tell me the measure of the butterflies in trhottle bodies of the yamaha 150 efi 2001 and yamaha 200 efi 2001. are the same measure?

there is no measurement for the butterflies.
with all six fully closed check/set TPS voltage to about .5V.
then use the shutter adjusting screw turn it in until the TPS is about .6V.start the engine,allow it to warm up and adjust idle to about 650 RPM using the shutter adjusting screw.
use the diagnostic test lmp,when the code changes from 33 to 1 its warmed up.
the HPDI engine takes a different procedure.
but I gotta ask, why you need to know?

I believe they are asking the diameter of the butterflies to compare the two different motors.
Maybe trying to find a way to make their 150 into a 200 , or seeing what parts will swap, who knows.

both use the same throttle body.
