parallel or float?

I have twin 2005 Yami 225s, and I'm considering a battery isolator, which has two inputs. My motors' alternators have two outputs each. Should I parallel the outputs, or let one float?

why buy an isolator.
each of your 225s have a built in isolator all ya gotta do is wire them up.
