I have changed the impellor on my 1981 suzuki dt3.5. There is water coming from the small hole at the back of the leg but not a constant stream - more like a spray. Is this normal or should there be a larger volume of water? I have also replaced the gasket, the grommets appeared to be in reasonable condition so i just left them.

Re: Suzuki dt3.5 flywheel removal

Thank you for your help.
I would like to replace the points and condensor however i am having difficulty removing the flywheel. I dont have a puller - are there any ways of getting the flywheel off without one?

there are a few ways to remove the flywheel without a puller, but that is definitely not the right way ;) .... rather do it right, a puller is cheaper than a new flywheel if you know what i mean ;) .... if you have the right tools you can make your own puller ....
