Can I use a flow meter on the intake side to sync the Carburetors on 1983 DT50?

The manual shows using the manifold connecting hose between one & two as the point in which to measure the vacuum difference.

Manual uses a four-tube/channel device with four connecting hoses. As far as I can tell only two are used on the DT 50.

Does anyone know where I might find one of these critters?

The flow meters I have been able to locate so far measure on air cleaner/intake side of the crabs.
