I guess the answer will make me a bit embarrased, but:
After remounting the carburetor and the manual starter (had to take it off to get working room to disassemble the carburetor), it is not possible to move the flywheel, it is completely locked both ways. To take off the manual starter (I do not know the english word) again do not help, the flywheel is still stucked. I do not believe there is any start locks on these motors.
A big problem for me who is not an experienced mechanic, maybee very simple for you ?
