Yamaha Remote Throttle adjustment?

My engine (ProV150) won't reach full throttle. When I adjust the cable linkage at the engine so that it will reach full throttle then the idle rpm's are too high. Is there an adjustment inside the 704 remote control?

no adjustments in the box. check throttle roller and the link and sync.
