Suzuki Lower unit

I am trying to find a used lower unit case for my DT200. The one I've got is functioning but the skeg is completly gone I mean totally gone ,it was like that when I got it. I don't know what happened It must have been a hell of a hit.I've found a few but I'm having a hard time spending close to a grand on rebuilt gearcase when all I need is the case. Youguys have any suggestions? I know the lower unit from a DT150 will fit ,but are there any other units that are compatable?? 115?<br />Thanks in advance

We replace skegs all the time. Just weld on another. We get the replacements from Bob's Machine (800-966-3493).<br /><br />Good luck!

Not this one ... I got right on the horn with Bob's and they told me that they need at least something there to weld to . like I said before this thing was ripped right off flush on the front end of it. any more ideas??

Wow! OK -- try Superior Marine at 800-338-9281. They may have a good used unit or a case you can put you gears in. <br /><br />Good luck!
