I intend to buy an inflatable boat, most likely a Zodiac 310 and need to get an outboard motor, preferably 8 HP. Since it will be my first motor (and boat, for that matter!), I'd appreciate any suggestion as to which make I should buy. All I can add is that weight is a very impotant factor for me (so I guess I will go with a two-stroke motor), I'm going to use the boat mainly for fishing, but not trolling. The only motor I'm a little familiar with is the Yamaha 8HP, it weights 59 lb and I wonder if there are any lighter motors (8HP)on the market.<br />Thanks for any comments and suggestions!
