Yamaha L250TXRP Rough Running Video

The engine just lost power and stalled after a gas fill up and fuel treatment. I thought it was bad gas. Since, I've changed the low pressure fuel pumps, fuel filters, water separator. Changing those items did make it run better for a few hours but now the sound while running has degraded to the point that it sounds like a piston or cylinder issue. There has not been any overheating alarm or oil alarm to this point.

Any ideas as to what this could be? Thanks in advance.

That does not sound good. Have you checked the plugs and associated cables and coils? It sounds like all cylinders aren't firing.

Yes, I changed all of the plugs. I've got new cables coming. I was wondering if it's a failure of the electrical timing.
