6BX motor question

I picked up a 2010 6BX that looks brand new. It starts right up with the choke and idles okay without the choke after it warms up just a bit. But it doesn’t like to run more than half throttle. Seems to be starving for fuel. I took apart the carb today and gave it a bath in Yamaha carb cleaner. I adjusted the float a tiny bit because it looked like it could have been set lean which would have explained the issue. But it’s still running the same way. Which of the jets could be causing this issue? Does this sound like it could also be a fuel line or fuel pump issue?

Start with a simple test. If you keep the primer ball pumping fuel while the motor is running does it do the same or does it get any better?

I’ve just been using the internal tank but that seems like a great idea to try. I’ll connect to an external one. Thanks!
