L4 3.0L yamaha

Need some advice. ..
going to look at a boat on the weekend with this yamaha motor..
Guy said he blew a fuse and had to get towed in in the summer and hasent looked at it since. He also hasent winterized it.(ontario canada)
Ive re built a bunch of outboard motors in the past but never touched an in board,outboard motor. Any advice one what I should look into? I really like the boat just not sure about the motor. Thanks...

That would be a GM block I think.------Block / manifold may be cracked.----Easy fix for the engine.-------Make some calls to see about parts availability for Yamaha outdrive specific stuff.-----
