Yam 225 v6 2 stroke exhaust drilling

Childish and silly, I realise, but does anyone have exact and precise guidelines about drilling the exhaust chamber to exit above the waterline?

What type of Yam two stroke? Carburetted? HPDI? EFI?

Purely for the point of being silly and it sounding a little. It’s a 88’ 225 V6 carbs 2 stroke. Think I maybe mentioned it was 2 stroke. Also add, it’s not my engine.

Doesn't it have exhaust reliefs on it? Or are you trying to.modify the exhaust because you think it will be faster?

It’s not my engine Flying Scott. I think he is trying to make it sound better. The boat is a bit of a hot rod thing. Just for effect really.
