Drive shaft bearings?

so I’m replacing the oil seals on the driveshaft. The bearings came out and I’m having trouble getting them all to stay in. Does anyone have any tricks to help them stay in until I can install it? I know some use Vaseline when installing the bearings on connecting rods. Can I use that? I’ll upload a pic of the bearing I’m talking about.

I use bearing assembly grease. Safe for engine internals so should be ok to use anywhere else.

Those needles should stay in there !!----You need a new bearing !
