2000 Yamaha 9.9 4 stroke

Took out twice this year. Will act like starving for gas, pump bulb and will run fine. My gas line is about 3 years old and is Yamaha OEM. Seems if you sit for a while it will do it. if not it's ok. Is there something that may be a carb issue?
Since Iv'e owned, 5-6 years, Non ethanol gas and I run carb dry every time.
Wouldn't his gas line go bad that quick. Not stored in sunlight

fuel line clamps, fuel bulb, fuel filter , fuel pump, and carb, just under float valve. those thing needs to check
