I had the engine running last year but this year I have no spark. Initially, I checked the CDI unit and one of the spark plug boots fell off and was so chewed up I replaced the CDI unit. But afterwards the engine still had no spark turns over fine but no spark. Started checking other things found that the pulsar coil was not within specs so I replaced that, still no spark at the plugs. Checked the emergency stop cap and it appears to be alright. Checked the emergency engine stop button it is really old so I'm replacing that. I started to look for the neutral safety switch but I can't find a switch anywhere, there's no yellow wire, and the brown goes to the starter solenoid. Did all DT40's have a neutral safety switch? Where would the switch be? I've looked around the shift cables but I don't see anything that was or is wired, is it possible someone pulled it out?
