25HP Oil Leaking From Prop when Priming Bulb

Hello All -first timer here.

I have a 1994 25MLHS in very good condition. It has been ran in fresh water never salt water. Low hours.

I notice a drop of two cycle oil dipping from vertical stabilizer under prop. It drips about a dozen times per day. I pulled the prop off and inspected the seal behind the pop - clean and dry.

The oil is coming out of the exhaust ports and it literally runs out when priming the fuel hose bulb.

This motors has an automatic oiler - any advice leading to a solution would be appreciated.
