DF60 Blowing Air

at the rear of the engine where the tell tale is, what is the hole for next to it? Mine is blowing air (or seems like that), but I'm getting no water from the tell tale. I have a DF60, new impellor etc fitted only a few months ago. Water coming out of the pipe leading up to the thermostat. The tell tale plug is clear, but I can't seem to get anything in to where it fits to give it a poke through. The little black pipe that comes from the bottom of the engine block, seems to go to the hole which is blowing the air, is this correct. Looking for a little help here guys, please.

I think it's the water pressure valve.. seems normal. First google search result for "suzuki df 60 service manual" should give you a diagram & some info.

Ew... just re-read your post. No water coming out of the exit hole. Not normal.

Yeah, snap a pic or 2.

May be crankcase breather hose.
