Problems getting on plane

i have a 1997 90 2 stroke (c90tlrv) I bought 6 months ago. At first ran great the started acting sluggish for first 20 minutes or so the it would take off and run good all day. Time between putting in water and getting on plane became longer until now it doesn't happen. I've replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, new tank, plugs about 10 times. I did notice when I pulled plug wires off the 2 cylinder made no change. I swapped coils and the problem stayed with the cylinder not the coil. Somebody said on that motor that meant my pulser coil is bad but it's 300$ and wanted to get a second opinion.

Test for spark.----Test compression.------So 10 sets of plugs , why ?-----Oil injection or 50:1 mix on it ?

50:1 mix and compression test came back good. My plugs were always wet so every time I did something I just put new plugs in.
