Yamaha Tilt and Trim settles

I have a 2003 Yamaha F75TLRB tiller outboard and the tilt and trim doesn't stay put.
Fluid level is good and no air in the system.
Any ideas what to look for?

Check the bleed/vent screw and seal.

The tilt/trim on my 1999 C90 Yamaha has always leaked down very slowly....guess that's why they put that tilt latch on there?
