Yamaha 85HP Tilt

My Yamaha 85hp outboard tilt goes up ok...But when I try to set it down it just clicks...Can anyone help me please ...

At the trim tilt relay reverse the blue and green wires. The heavy wires that run to the trim and tilt motor. See if it now goes down but only clicks when you try and trim it up.
