I don't know for sure but it looks a lot like the GM setup. The best way to get those off is to put a block of wood over the end of the shaft and hit it down with a hammer so that the shaft digs into the wood and the block pushes the collar down exposing the ring. Then you have to spread the gap on the ring and take it off of the shaft. An alternate method to spreading the ring is to pry one end up over the end of the shaft and walking the ring off. However this method tends to wreck the ring.
