2005 225 yamaha 4 stroke has just stated to Idle rough and than stall

Neighbors 225 Yamaha was started and warming up for approx. 5 minutes when I heard the overheat alarm come on... Imediatley turned the engine off.. When trying to restart the motor struggled to remain running. So we let the motor cool down for about 2 hrs. Now when we start the engine. The motor runs fine for a minute and than begins to buck and than stalls. I have spotted fuel dripping from the port middle tube to throttle body. I guess I'm wondering if someone has run across something simliliar..

Are you talking about #30 on the diagram I PM'd you, if so that is part of the fuel pressure regulator. You need to remove the intake manifold (be sure to remove the MAP sensor connector first) to gain easy access to fuel pressure fitting and hoses, while the engine is running get your vacuum tool and pull the reference hose and see if fuel pressure drops.
