Suzuki didn't publish a torque spec for those bolts but if you go to http://boatinfo.no/lib/suzuki/manuals/suzuki_1988-2003.html#/260 at the top of the torque chart on page 261 are specs by bolt size.

Yamaha. Don't have access to the model & serial until Saturday.

Yeah the book I have has torque for almost everything else.

Then the model is an F115TL/XRZ model. Why not say so? It is right on a plate on the side of the motor.

Torque for a Yamaha 8 mm bolt is 3.6 pound-feet.

Seeing the boat for the first time Saturday.
One of the 2 motors is missing a starter.
I found a used starter, going to install the used starter motor to check the compression. Hoping the bolts are there, but if not I will use the bolts out of the other motor after I check that one out.
