90 tlr 2008 stalling at wot

The motor starts good and runs good and then it starts stalling I move the throttle back to 3/4 and it smooths out and runs ok. New plugs fuel pump lines from tank to carbs clean fuel good fuel flow to carbs

Ok maybe not enough info 08 90hp 2stroke model tlr I have checked spark at high idle seems good
