Need some help my Yamaha 90 hp 2 stroke idled in the driveway put the boat in the water and it wouldn't idle took cover off and manually throttled it up and it started running rough so took it home pulled the carbs in the process pulled off the air breather on the front of the carbs and it was full of fuel . Does this mean the reed vaulves are not working . Was going to clean all the carbs but the bottom carb spotless any ideas ? Thanks
