I have a 25h Yamaha and the pull cord will not engage the flywheel. The plastic plunger that screws into the back of the pull cord unit is brand new. Any ideas?
can you pull the rope out ?----Some times folks lubricate the wee spring affair that is supposed to be dry.----Then the pawl will not engage the flywheel.
