I have an oil leaking drip onto my transom when I tilt my F225. I think I may have caused the issue by adding oil, when the engine didn't need more.
Anyone run into this problem with a Yamaha F225 or F250 (2002 thru 2100 model year)?
It's not a lot of oil on the transom, and I didn't notice any on the transom before the recent oil addition (1/2 quart)
The dip stick looked low - .and now reads about 1/2 way up the hash marks.
