1986 yamaha 150 etlj bogs at acceleration

My motor starts and idles fine at the ramp but once I put it in gear and accelerate the motor just bogs and wont get going , a minute later sometimes the motor starts to go and once it gets going it runs at top end. I had carbs rebuilt, a new pulser coil was installed and have paid multiple diagnostic charges by different mechanics. I have spent every penny I have and still haven't got a boat running. Please help. Thank You.

do you have gauges to tell you if oil or over temp alarm is coming in limiting RPM?
if compression, sprk, and timing are all OK, you are left with fuel problems.

water or debris in carb could restrict the high speed jets and then suck thru maybe so it would work better.

if it only happens above 2000 RPM I would check on oil and over heat
