89 Pro 50LF

Hello, looking for some help with a PRO 50LF I’ve been working on. It’s a 2 Stroke oil injection and I am confused with the seleniod that is attached to the bottom carbuerator. There are two wires coming out of the top one blue and one black. I’m assuming the black is a ground but have no clue what the blue wire connects to I can’t find a corresponding connection anywhere. Any help would be great. Thanks.

blue should hook to the lighting coil if this is a prime start enrichment system motor.
anytime the motor is running the electricity is sent to the prime start heater unit

If it is not a PS system, then I would think it would hook up to a switch to energize the solonoid
key switch or separate switch like for a choke
