NEW impeller in Yamaha 25hp 4 stroke but now it will not crank

My motor would crank up fine but was not peeing.
i dropped the lower unit and replaced the impeller and housing, now it will not crank.
it isn’t even trying to turn over
please help!

is the motor in neutral?
Maybe you messed up the controls

Check, clean and tighten all battery and starter system electrical connections....after you check the state of charge in the battery....
