R says it is a 1993 model but may have been manufactured in the last part of 1992

why are you looking for manufacture date?

I want to buy a new carburetor for it, I have cleaned the carb twice as good as I know how & it still wont idle, So thought I would see if I can find a brand new one to put on , kodi

use the model # not year of manufacture when looking for parts on that old thing

or does the parts site ask for year of manufacture when you look for parts?

The carburetor is NLA. No Longer Available.

Did you completely disassemble the carburetor and clean it in a heated ultrasonic cleaner using a good cleaning solution? Were all of the passageways rodded out and verified to be free and clear of any debris?

No, But that is the next steep, I Plan on taking it completely down ,as you say. I have a very good ultra-sonic unit with heat. kodi
