Sorry, I meant "un-cranked" as in, has not been turn over with the starter in an attempt to start the engine.

Fresh Gas, Fresh Oil and Filter, Drain the VST, change the VST filter, Fresh Lower Unit Oil, and drive away.

Don't forget the water pump.
