Gentlemen, I'm thinking of picking up a Yamaha 4 stroke kicker for my 1982 Grady White Tournament 224 I/O. The kicker has a 25 in. Shaft, electric start, TNT and controls. I'd' like a fixed bracket for the motor. When the motor is tilted the shaft will come out and up and the top of the motor will go down and in toward the transom. Anyone have any idea how far out the bracket needs to extend so the top of the motor won't hit the transom? Thanks
