1994 Yamaha 130 Bogging down

I have a 1994 Yamaha 130 2stroke that bogs down anywhere from 1500 to 2k rpms when trying to get up on plane. It sat for acouple months while i repaired the floor, cleaned gas tank, new fuel lines, filters all the way to the motor. Carbs were cleaned out by professional. New spark plugs, new fuel filter in motor. New fuel pump. The problem has been graduslly getting worse to the point i can no longer get on plane. I have two motors on the boat and the other one runs great. Checked compression and its all the same. Anyone else had this problem?
