Dt40 prop to jet lower

Wondering if there are any lower unit jet drives that are compatable with my 95 dt40. Can't afford 1500$ for a new one so trying to figure out what I can search my local classifieds for for used ones. Lots of evinrude/Johnson lowers but no Suzuki. Can I retro fit a one of the evinrude jets to the Zuki? Thanks for any info or help!

Lots of 40-50hp motors use the medium pump with the 6 1/8 impeller, you would need an adapter plate and swap out the driveshaft. Give Outboard Jets a call, they are good people to work with.
