Does anyone know if swapping engines from a 305 to a 350 would be a big deal ? Like if all components would be a direct swap and bolt up to out-drive without any issues ?
No problems whatsoever as long as you stick with the same vintage. (If you have a one piece rear main, stay with one piece, etc). They are the same blocks and all the externals are the same.
The early Volvos used light duty block.
The rear of the crank was different than most.
You'll need to find the same block or a flywheel that works.
The flywheel is from a 80's v-6 Camaro.
