Hi there. Took the boat out for the second time this year and while out on the water we heard 2 chug/clank noises and we were dead in the water. The water behind us appeared to be blackish but it was not oil. Called the place that winterized for us and he says it sounds like we got water in the engine. Hoping someone can answer a few questions on that for us. How would I even manage to get water in the engine? Is his synopsis of the issue accurate or are there other possibilities? Lastly, is this something that is fixable or am I looking at a total replacement? Many thanks for any replies and help.
