Recognize this hose clamp?

I discovered that I have a hole in the line for my power steering. Can anybody tell my how to remove this clamp?



This is the best view I could get.

its plastic isn't it? Snip it and put on a real hose clamp.

use a screwdriver and release it by deflecting the top of the quick clamp to the side. or just snip it like captmello mentions.
