A friend of mine has a Bayliner with a 4cyl Volvo I/O. He states the engine runs fine with the rpm's up, but will not idle. I have not seen the thing, but he says there is a tupe that squirts fuel up into the aircleaner which then run down into the carb. He feels like the fuel pump may have low output because fuel no longer trickles out of the tube at idle. <br /><br />I have never heard of such a device, any help is appreciated.
