Volvo Penta 270 help

I need some advice on what to do. I have a volvo penta 270 outdrive with the short hub propeller shaft on it. It's mated with a merc 260. My prop is a 15 inch by 19 pitch. I can't judge wide open throttle because it would redline my engine. From what I can tell this is the biggest prop I can fit on that hub. Any one have any suggestions in my need for speed? There are higher pitch propellers. You can also use the long hub on your drive, you just do not use the spacer @ the prop cone with the long hub.

I use a 15X21 on mineif you factor in the cup.
