when i turn on the ignition key switch no power, battery ok, battery cables ok, no voltage at any of the terminals at key switch, what do i start to look for? i have a two wire remote starter switch (sears for auto) and digital volt/ohm/amp meter.
I would run a new line to the ignition. Not a permanent one. Just one to see if the switch is good. This is a *******ized way of checking for a break in the line or to see if you have a bad switch.
thanks for replying, i found a fuse-able-link that had two of the four fuse-links still good. i called the local dealer and new ones are $40, or another dealer said just use a thirty amp fuse in its place.
