Volvo Pentra Drive Identification

HI<br />I have a 26' John Allman with a 1979 engine and outdrive that I am trying to find the model number on. I am trying to rebuild Outdrive BUT cannot find Model number so that I can order the right parts. Please Help

WarEagle-try www.hlsm.com and scroll down to Lakeside Restorations website-click on Volvo logo. There you can pull up pictures of the drives and maybe id yours.Other than that,try Volvo-PentaMarine search...on that website they have a drive id chart(its in adobe acrobat and takes a while but tells where to find id tags on particular drives/engines)

Let me guess it has a Chrysler 318ci in it. Never saw a Allmand that didn't have a 270 on it unless you have trim then it would be a 280.
