the motor is in a 23 grady gulfstream. I can't get a hold of the guy who has it for sale. Grady site shows o/b models only. thanx.

That's an I/O... There not uncommon in a Grady...<br /><br />Great boat and good power to back it up..<br /><br />Grady's are one of the best built boats around, BUT, if it's used, before you lay the cash on the barrelhead, have the boat surveyed... It's worth spending a few bucks now to have the boat surveyed rather than a whole bunch of $$$ later to repair something that a good surveyor would likely catch...

the 740 volvo duo prop is an i/o with counter rotating props. i have it in my carver and love the combination. ya mon
