Looking for paint other then the rattle can paint that volvo has for there outdrive.
More of a enamel or epoxy that will last on a drive kept in freshwater 6 months of the year.
A lot of topside paints available but you can't use them below the waterline

What brand would you suggest ? Not all is ok for long immersion from what i have read.

Frisco uses rustoleum with his projects. however not sure if he keeps it in the water.

the mercruiser manual on repaint is PPG 9000 black and associated hardener from the Ditzler / PPG automotive paint suppliers.
